Provide comprehensive medical services on an as needed basis in a team-based clinical setting focused on member engagement and clinical quality.

PRN Nurse Practitioner WA1328

As a PRN Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct exams and develop plans within the scope of professional license to evaluate and treat injuries, acute illnesses and chronic conditions, educate and counsel members about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and medications and perform diagnostic tests and screening evaluations. You will also prescribe and administer medications and medical devices and perform minor surgical interventions. Lastly, you will follow established policies and procedures to work in clinic environment involving possible exposure to potentially hazardous materials and situations that require safety precautions and may include use of personnel protective equipment. Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years total combines work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 1 year direct patient care work experience
    • At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
      • Master s Degree in Nursing
  • Nurse Practitioner License State Board
  • Basic Life Support(BLS) Multiple Issuers

Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctorate Degree in Nursing
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS) American Heart Association

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Responsibilities

Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments. Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development. Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
